We’re using Eventeny software this year.
- If you haven't used this software before, you may need to create an account before applying.
- Your account will give you access to current and future applications.
- After selecting your application type, you’ll use the interactive map to choose from available booth spaces.
🚧 Festival Setup & Vehicle Access
- After booth setup on Friday morning, the Liberty Police Department will install concrete and portable barriers around the festival area.
- Once barriers are in place, no vehicles will be allowed inside the festival footprint until Saturday night.
If you need to restock during the event, please plan ahead. A foldable wagon or cart is strongly recommended for transporting items.
💲 Refundable Deposit Details
Your application includes a $100 refundable deposit.
To receive your deposit back:
- Your booth must be open and staffed during all festival hours.
- Your space must be clean and free of trash, grease, charcoal, or debris at the end of the event.
Failure to meet these requirements may:
- Result in loss of the deposit
- Impact eligibility for future festivals
Deposits will be refunded by October 15
