 Once your booth is set up on Friday morning, the Liberty Police Department will place concrete and portable barriers around the festival footprint. These barriers will remain in place until Saturday night, meaning no vehicles will be allowed inside the festival after setup.

If you anticipate needing to restock during the event, we strongly recommend bringing a foldable wagon or cart to make transporting your items easier.  


 Your booth fee includes a $100 refundable deposit. To receive your deposit back, your booth must remain open and staffed during all festival operating hours, and your space must be left clean and free of trash or debris (including grease and charcoal) at the end of the event. Please note that failure to meet these requirements may result in forfeiture of the deposit and could affect eligibility to participate in future festivals.  Deposits will be refunded by October 15th.
