Location

Historic Liberty Square in Liberty, MO. Address for Google Maps: 1 Courthouse Squre, Liberty, MO 64068.

Festival Hours

Friday, Sept. 22nd 11am - 9pm; all areas open

Saturday, Sept. 23rd 9am - 9pm; all areas open

Sunday, Sept. 24th Noon - 4pm; carnival & surrounding booths only

Cost

No admission fee. You have full access to all booths and entertainment.

Carnival

The Carnival will open at 5pm on Friday, September 22nd.  

Cost: 32 tickets for $25 or $1 each. (4 tickets per ride)  

Wristbands will be available for $25 on Sunday only from Noon-4pm. 

The carnival is located in the parking lot at the intersection of Kansas & Missouri. 

Parking

Parking at the festival is free to the public and there are several public parking lots in the area and on-street parking is allowed. Limited handicapped parking is available. 

Street Closures

The city & county parking lots within the area of Kansas/Leonard/Mill/Missouri will close at 5pm on Wednesday, Sept. 20th. They will reopen at 6am on Monday, Sept. 25th.


The following streets will close on Friday, Sept. 22nd at 12:01am: 

Franklin from Water to Main

Water from Mill to Franklin

Kansas from Gallatin to Lightburne

Main from Mississippi to Mill

Leonard from Mill to Franklin 


The following streets will reopen on Saturday, Sept. 23rd at midnight:

Franklin from Water to Main
Water from Mill to Franklin
Kansas from Gallatin to Water
Main from Mississippi to Mill

The following streets will reopen on Sunday, Sept. 24th at 6pm:
Kansas from Water to Lightburne
Leonard from Mill to Franklin

Weather

The Liberty Fall Fest operates rain or shine.

We work closely with the police & fire departments to monitor the weather and have a plan to keep everyone safe if the weather becomes severe.

Parade: Regarding severe weather on Saturday morning, we will decide around 9 a.m. if the parade will proceed or be canceled. 

Restrictions

The Liberty Fall Festival is following all public health guidelines as provided by the Clay County Public Health Center.  At this time, no restrictions are in place, however, in accordance with CDC guidance, anyone who is not fully vaccinated should continue to take precautions such as wearing a well-fitted mask in public, staying six feet or more from those they don't live with and avoiding crowds and poorly ventilated indoor spaces. 

  

For the safety of all our guests, we ask that festival attendees be aware of the following things which are prohibited.

· NO smoking on festival grounds

· NO weapons allowed on the festival grounds

· NO cycling, skateboarding, or other recreational transportation allowed on festival grounds.
