attempting to set up your booths on the festival grounds.

Checkpoint Information

You must show your vendor pass to drive onto the festival grounds. Volunteers will direct you to your booth location. The checkpoint map link is provided above.


Checkpoint 1 (Kansas @ Gallatin)- Vendor Booths: 1-28, 57-82,  299, 300-325, 334-359 & Fountain Checkpoint 2 (Franklin @ Water)- Vendor Booths: 29-56 & 84-110

Checkpoint 3 (Leonard @ Mill)- Vendor Booths: 326-331 & 600-623

Checkpoint 4 (Main @ Mississippi- Vendor Booths: 200-255

street closures & access

· Main, Kansas, Water, Franklin, Leonard & Missouri streets are vendor areas and closed during the festival.

· Unload at your booth, park your vehicle, then return to set up. All vehicles must be off the festival grounds by 9:30 a.m. on Friday.

· Vendor pass must be displayed on your dashboard for access.

security & barriers

· Security Friday & Saturday evenings only.

· Police will place barriers on Friday morning; no vehicle access until Saturday night/Sunday afternoon.

· Bring a cart/wagon if you need to restock.

parking & towing

· No-parking zones (including parade route: Kansas → Leonard → Franklin) strictly enforced; violators will be towed.

· Keep the vendor pass on your vehicle dashboard all weekend.

refundable deposit

· $100 deposit included in booth fee.

· Requirements: booth staffed during all hours + space cleaned (trash, grease, charcoal).

· Refunds issued by Oct. 15.

electricity (if purchased)

  · Zip tie with booth # will be provided; attach it to your cord. Unmarked cords will be unplugged.

Food vendors

· Dispose of grease in closed containers/dumpsters.

· Place cardboard under fryers.

· Show Clay County Health Dept. permit at check-in.

· Ice available from volunteers: $6 per 20 lb. bag.

set-up & breakdown

· Food Booths 401–410 (Carnival Area): Set up Thurs, Sept. 25, 3–6 p.m.; Breakdown Sun 4 p.m.

· Street Booths 1–255 (Fri/Sat only): Set up Fri 7 a.m.; Breakdown Sat 9 p.m.

· Street Booths 299, 300–623 (3-day): Set up Fri 7 a.m.; Breakdown Sun 4 p.m.

· Vehicles for loading are allowed only after foot traffic clears. All streets are ONE WAY.
