2024 Parade Information

Listed above are links to your entry number and important dates and times. This is the only confirmation you will receive. Please bring your parade entry pass to enter the staging area.

The parade lineup begins at 9:30 am and will take place on Kansas Ave. between the Westowne Office complex and Heritage Middle School. The parade will begin at Kansas and Fairview at 11 am. Please enter the staging area on Kansas off of Clayview or 152/291 Highway (please follow signs or instructions from parade staff at Kansas and Clayview). 

Entries involving children or large groups are encouraged to organize before the staging area, come together, and be in place no later than 10:45am. Parents wishing to accompany their children to the parade lineup should park outside the staging area and walk in to meet their respective groups. 

Please remember the following guidelines for the parade:

-  Do not throw candy or other items from vehicles or floats. However, you can hand them out along the sideline of the parade. Any person or entry that throws items from moving vehicles will be removed from the parade.

- You must complete the entire parade route: Follow Kansas street, turn left onto Missouri, left onto Franklin and continue back to Heritage Middle School. The route is approximately 1 mile.

Please stay as close to the side of the street as possible as a safety precaution. We want this to be a fun, safe event for all parties involved.
